Ok, valuable life lesson of the day. Do not exercise after just having a full cup of coffee. Not good for the indigestion. On that note, one should not exercise at all if one is not feeling well. Over the weekend I had a brief sore throat, but this morning I woke up mildly nauseated. I thought it would pass after lunch, and around mid-afternoon, I was feeling fine, so I trotted over to my kickboxing class only to start blacking out half way through the session. I took that as a sign so I left early, but all the way home I felt like throwing up. I couldn't take a cab because I can't really afford it, and I didn't take the T since it's two stops away, and in the time it takes for me to wait for the T, I would have been home already.
After resting a bit, I feel much better now. I think I want to attribute my pains to a suspicious cheesecake that I had for dinner last night. Anyways, if I feel up to it, I may knock out a few crunches later. The only good part about today was that physics lab was cancelled due to a malfuctioning spark timer. (YAY!)
I had wanted to go see The Fight at the Middle East Upstairs tonight, but now I do not feel like braving the cold weather in addition to my apparent weakened state. Sadness, they sound really cool too. I think I'll just kick back and enjoy some good ol' TV (wonderful friend) and soup tonight, and if I'm good, some studyin' too. Later darlings. =)
