After last night, I've added to my list of drunk stories another doozy. I shan't go into details, suffice to say that trying to take a care of a drunk friend while you yourself are drunk is verra difficult, but can lead to verra interesting hijinx. =)
Janice gave me a pink umbrella from coach for my bday/xmas. I thought it was a purse at first because the box was so big, but when I saw that it was umbrella, I cried with joy because it was the perfect gift!! Just the other day, my cheapie umbrella had been blown inside out by the strong boston wind, afterwhich I resolved to get an expensive umbrella just so that it wouldn't blow inside out again. THANKS JANICE!
The pains and 'reject' cries are lessening. Isn't retarded how one could be the most superawesomecoolconfidenttogether chick in the world, and one miniscule event can screw it all up?? I'm tellin' ya, the universe is playing a cruel joke on me. But hey, it's always good to have my semi-annual reminder and renewal of my everwrought resolution. ;)
I've only made a mini-dent in my work load, and so, I am attempting my best to do some tonight, but sadly, the procrastination is settling deep within me. Today is the 5th, which means 11 days left until I get to return home!!!
