Gavin DeGraw and OTH Tour

I wanted to wait until I had my pictures uploaded to talk about the glorious evening, but I'm too beat and I have no time. Maybe when I get back to Boston.

Last night was the LA show of Gavin DeGraw and One Tree Hill Tour with The Wreckers (Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp) and Tyler Hilton at The Wiltern. Of course, the show was AWESOME. Annie and I missed the beginning of Tyler's set because we got there late, but we did catch him do a duet with Bethany Joy Lenz as well as Bryan Greenberg (Jake, OTH). I was VERRA happy that Bryan performed. I find him verra adorable... so much so that he might actually make the list. ;) He and Tyler sang "Wonderwalls"... I should've recorded it with my camera, but I didn't think about it at the time. Other OTH stars also in attendance were Sophia Bush and the dude who plays Mouth (I think his name was Leo).

During one of the intermissions, Sophia Bush spoke of her fiancee, and then called him so that the audience could leave him a message. She called him "Honey" which, even though is normal and mundane, I thought was so so cute.

Michelle Branch and Jessica were also verra nice, although, their material is a little too country for my tastes. It was a pleasure to hear Michelle perform some of her old hits. You could see her slightly bulging tummy from her pregnancy as well.

I've lost track of how many times I've seen Gavin in concert, but I don't think I will ever tire of him. He was simply fantastic, a great performer and artist. "Few Drinks to Fall in Love" is my fave... too bad he didn't do "Hallelujah" this time around, but "Let's Get On" is always a plus. I like the Wiltern a lot, especially because they aren't nit picky about cameras. I got a few good minutes of Gavin on footage. :)

I didn't find out until today that if you bought a CD at the show, they would've given you wristbands and then you could've met Tyler, Gavin and some OTH starts afterwards. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! I was wondering wear those people got those wristbands. Also, they got to go into the front section and be upclose. BOO!! Sadness... whilst I have met Gavin many times, I would've LOVED LOVED LOVED to meet Bryan Greenberg.

In other news...

Tonight was poker night and I placed SECOND!!! Nice. =)

Maroon 5 is tomorrow. w00t.

Will be in SF over the weekend, then back to Boston on Sunday night. See you when I see you.
